Connectiv miniVUX3 APX20
The Connectiv with the Riegl mini-VUX3 configuration combines the advantages of accurate data, high density and an excellent ability to penetrate vegetation. It is used in 3D/BIM modeling and vectorization projects for CAD drawings. The advantage of using the Applanix 20 navigation system is the high accuracy of the measurements without post-processing adjustments. In just a few clicks the data is accurate to 2 cm in XYZ allowing high compatibility with other existing data sources and facilitating subsequent processing. With the Applanix 20, this sensor becomes the reference for data capture in the construction, precision surveying and engineering sectors.
This configuration of the Connectiv with the Riegl mini-VUX3 including the Applanix 20 inertial navigation system, provides a measurement with a relative accuracy of 1 cm and an accuracy of 2 cm in XYZ. This sensor includes 5 returns by laser pulse providing a very high point density even under a dense vegetation cover. Its total field of view (FOV) is 360 degrees. The measurement frequency is 300,000 pts/sec per return.
