About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in Balko Technologies’ growth. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our LiDAR solutions and processing software to strategic clients. This position combines business development, account management, industry event participation, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Leverage a sales pipeline consisting of approximately 75% outbound and 25% inbound leads to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Identify new prospects within targeted markets across Canada and the United States.
  • Schedule and conduct qualified sales calls, manage the full sales cycle, and close new deals.
  • Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and actively participate in trade shows and networking events.
  • Use CRM tools daily to track opportunities and performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sales of high-tech products, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
  • Autonomous, persuasive, professional, and team-oriented.
  • Proven experience using CRM software.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Previous startup experience is an asset.
  • Experience in international sales and market development is an asset.
